Kenton Black is looking for an experienced Gas Supervisor to join a well-established team in and around Birmingham. The successful candidate will be overseeing a team of Gas Engineers and supporting the installs program working on social housing properties.
This is a permanent vacancy offering £40,000 44,000 dependant on experience. This vacancy will be a gateway position into management and is achievable through your attitude and commitment to work. If successful, you will be offered a company vehicle, a fuel card and various other benefits.
The successful Gas Supervisor will be expected to:
Supervising a team of direct and sub-contracting Gas Engineers
Offer support to the install program
Assist with planned and responsive works
Boost the performance of the current Gas Engineers employed
Be the go-to for any problems/issues the team may have
Conduct boiler surveys when necessary
Engage with tenants face to face where necessary
The benefits to the successful Gas Supervisor:
£40,000 - £44,000
Additional out of hours payments being a point of contact for the engineers on call.

Enhanced maternity/paternity packages

We are interested in speaking to Gas Supervisors who:
Experience in the social housing field
Full domestic ACS CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 & MET1
Experience as a supervisor is beneficial
Full UK driving license
DBS Check is required
We are also interested in Gas Engineers who are looking for the next step into management. This position offers a great level of career development.
