We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to guide the development and evolution of our gen AI platform, a cutting-edge technology suite supporting a growing array of use cases, including our conversational AI Assistant with multiple agentic experts, the automated report generation for regulatory compliance, and the interpretation and explanation of data points and model predictions available throughout our product offering. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to a transformational area for Clarity AI and society at large.

Key Responsibilities

As the Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks that drive the innovation and effectiveness of our gen AI technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and evolving our Gen AI Platform:
  You will join the ongoing development and enhancement of our Gen AI platform. This includes evaluating and fine-tuning foundational models and RAG systems, defining agentic experts, facilitating their composability, and refining end-to-end evaluation frameworks for all the use cases outlined above (AI Assistant, report generation, and interpretability).

Technical skills

• Tech stack:
  Python, Linux, AWS, HuggingFace, LangChain, PyTorch, REST APIs, GitLab CI/CD, GPUs, Pandas, SQL
• Understanding of neural NLP models:
  transformers, encoders, decoders, encoder-decoders, embeddings, RAG techniques
• Model lifecycle:
  data preparation, training, evaluation, monitoring
• Experience with deploying models (batch, online)
• Ability to architect complex systems and design robust interfaces

Soft skills

• Ability to synthesize technical information and strong communication skills
• Appreciation of complete end-to-end process from datapoint to user experience
• Staying current with the latest developments in NLP, ML, AI
• Can work autonomously towards high-level goals
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills. (Minimum C1 level-proficient user)
• Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact.
