Vi er lige nu på udkig efter en Head of Internal IT, der har fokus på teknologi, coaching og performance management, og som vil arbejde med moderne softwareløsninger, der bidrager til produktivitet og indsigt på tværs af organisationen.
Din rolle
Som Head of Internal IT er du ansvarlig for driften i afdelingen, og du spiller en central rolle som initiativtager på procesoptimeringer i forretningen.
Formålet med vores interne IT-afdeling er at sikre, at vi anvender de mest optimale løsninger til vores udvikling og daglige arbejde, og at vores sikkerhedsniveau afspejler vores størrelse og ansvar.
Du kommer til at bidrage til at vi har udarbejdet, godkendt og implementeret en Intern teknologistrategi, der beskriver hvordan vi i fremtiden vil arbejde, og hvilke platforme og værktøjer, der skal benyttes.
Du får også ansvaret for at vi har en IT Sikkerhedsstrategi, der beskriver hvordan vi arbejder med IT-sikkerhed.
Afdelingen består af 8 medarbejdere og du vil referere til vores CFO.
Dine primære ansvarsområder vil være:
- Intern teknologistrategi, herunder Implementering af Modern Workplace løsninger
- IT Sikkerhedsstrategi, som har til formål at beskytte virksomheden imens vi påvirker vores kollegaers hverdag mindst muligt
- Procesoptimering i samarbejde med forretningen
- Drift og optimering af interne systemer, herunder Support, Finans, Data Warehouse, tidsregistrering og testmiljøer
- Sikre at Intern IT leverer tilgængelighed og performance af interne IT-services på højt niveau
- Løbende koordinering med IT-Operations, der drifter vores kunderettede løsninger
Hvem er du?
Du har en relevant uddannelse inden for IT eller IT-sikkerhed, og du har erfaring med at arbejde med Scrum.
Du har et stort kendskab til Microsoft Product Suite inkl.
Office 365 og Azure.
Du har erfaring med ledelse, strategi og organisationsudvikling af IT-afdelinger.
Det er vigtigt for dig at sætte en klar retning for afdelingen, og du er modtagelig overfor forslag til, hvordan vi skaber bedre løsninger og systemforbedringer.
