About the role
As a Queue-it Account Executive, you'll use your strengths in communication to grow your own pipeline within your regional market.
Our marketing and outbound sales channels will get you the leads you need to succeed, and then you'll work closely with the team to design effective outreach approaches that capture the attention of key stakeholders. From there, you'll support the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the full sales cycle . Working with SMBs and enterprise clients, you'll nurture and develop leads, demonstrate the product, value, pricing, negotiation, and closing. In doing so, you can consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals.
Run online meetings. Manage presentations with potential customers at any organizational level (we handle all meetings with potential customers online).
Collaborate for success. Work closely with the outbound team to come up with bold, appealing strategies and tactics to approach new companies and convert them into your next lead. You'll also work closely with our technical teams to advise potential customers on how to optimize the Queue-it solution within their given use cases.
We are looking for someone:
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Japanese. Other languages can be a benefit.
Who has the ability to successfully engage with a given market, handle the full sales cycle from the initial contact to the won opportunity, manage customer relationships, and fully understands both the clients' needs and Queue-it's capacities.
Who learns quickly, listens actively, and isn't afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
Willing to work on the Japanese market and beyond. This will require flexibility and readiness to work during times outside of normal Danish office hours. Other markets will also be in the mix. There will be flexibility to start and finish early.
Qualifications
Some knowledge of web technology, specifically within performance, cloud, and online retail, combined with a strong interest in learning more about it.
Bachlor's in related field.
Ideally, previous sales experience.
