Rolle:
Leitung mittelgroßer strategischer CAPEX-Projekte für den Standort Marburg in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Projektmitgliedern und Stakeholdern.
Das Vorantreiben von Innovationen zur Senkung von Kosten und Terminen durch Sicherstellung von guten Projektabwicklungsprozessen, fehlerfreier Projektdurchführung, Best Practices, Benchmarking und Branchenkenntnissen bei allen Investitionsprojekten.
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Übernahme von E2E-Verantwortung vom Engineering bis zur Betriebsbereitschaft.
Diese Position verantwortet den Projektfortschritt während des gesamten Projekts und trägt dazu bei, Schlüsselaktivitäten funktionsübergreifend zu beschleunigen, Problemlösungen zu finden und den Projektfortschritt dem Management und dem Projektteam zu kommunizieren.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leitet und führt mittelgroße und komplexe, funktionsübergreifende Projekte mit verschiedenen Projektteams in Übereinstimmung mit den strategischen und betrieblichen Prioritäten von CSL.
Die Projekte erstrecken sich über mehrere Bereiche einer biologischen, stark regulierten Produktionsstätte, wie z.
B.
aseptische Verarbeitung, Plasmaverarbeitung, Abfüllanlagennlagen, Versorgungseinrichtungen und anderen pharmazeutischen Betriebsumgebungen. - Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Plänen für Kapitalprojekte innerhalb des genehmigten Portfolios, um die Geschäftsziele zu erreichen und die Projektdurchführung zu unterstützen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Sicherheit, Umfang, Qualität, Budget und Zeitvorgaben liegt.
- Stellt sicher, dass die erforderlichen Projektressourcen ermittelt und sichergestellt werden, um die Arbeit des Projekts abzuschließen.
Leitet die Entwicklung von Projektzeitplänen mit Zeitvorgaben und Abhängigkeiten für alle Aufgaben und die Ermittlung wichtiger Meilensteine.
Stellt sicher, dass Risiken und Chancen im Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt angemessen ermittelt und bewertet werden. - Verantwortlich für die Erstellung regelmäßiger Projektberichte für die leitende Standortverwaltung und die globalen Lenkungsausschüsse.
- Förderung einer Kultur der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation.
Behebt / löst Probleme, wenn diese gelöst werden müssen und/oder eskaliert bei Bedarf. - Effiziente Zusammenarbeit und Partnerschaften mit Interessenvertretern:
Global Engineering, EHS, Qualität, F&E, Produktion, Netzwerkstrategie, unterstützende Funktionen, interne und externe Interessenvertreter, sowohl global als auch lokal.
Qualifikationen
- Master/MBA/Bachelor in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Biowissenschaften bevorzugt oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
- Mehr als >7 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, einschließlich direkter Managementerfahrung in den Bereichen Produktion, Technik oder Qualitätssicherung.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und sichere Anwendung von Projektmanagementmethoden, idealerweise nachgewiesen durch eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung einer internationalen Organisation.
- Funktionale Kenntnisse der GMP-Richtlinien, der FDA-Anforderungen sowie der einschlägigen Verordnungen, Vorschriften und Gesetze.
- Energetische und proaktive Persönlichkeit mit starkem Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick und der Fähigkeit, in anspruchsvollen Situationen mit Zeitdruck umzugehen.
- Starke Bereitschaft zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Funktionen und anderen Standorten im CSL-Netzwerk.
- Hoch motivierte Persönlichkeit mit guten Problemlösungs- und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten, Serviceorientierung und Engagement
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
