Your Tasks

Analyse and optimise the candidate selection experience for our B2B customers to ensure every open position is filled with the right coworkerWork closely with UX research teams to understand customer needsOwn the roadmap of high value deliverables for customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, support, sales and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutionsBuild and maintain close relationships with the product team coworkers and stakeholders across the companyAssess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses

Your skills

3+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace, SaaS and/or recruiting environments3+ years of experience working in Agile environmentCommercial mind-set and professional relationship building skillsSolution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge in identifying and driving successProficient in English and French, German is a plus
