Cheseaux, SwitzerlandMissionAs a member of the GL accounting team at our Swiss headquarters, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate bookkeeping for several Europe-based entities and actively participating in their monthly and quarterly closings.ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping:
Manage accounting for several entities and perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.Reporting:
Report results to the Group under IFRS on a monthly basis and reconcile intercompany balances.Compliance:
Liaise with local accounting and tax service providers to ensure all statutory requirements are met.Financial Statements:
Prepare financial statements under statutory requirements and IFRS, including disclosure notes.Tax Returns:
Prepare VAT and income tax returns, ensuring compliance with guidelines.Auditing:
Prepare for and participate in annual audits.Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and business operations.Process Improvement:
Assist in the continuous development and improvement of the Group's processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial information.ERP Systems:
Participate in the improvement of ERP systems.Requirements / ProfileYou Have:
A university degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5 years' experience in accounting within an international company.Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, even under tight deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an asset.You Are:
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks.Fluent in French and English.Familiar with ERP systems and possess excellent Excel skills.Reference :
