Position SummaryAs the Accounts Payable Administrator you will be responsible for the financial accounting of one or more Jet Aviation entities in the Financial Services team within the Finance department.
You will be collaborating closely with other Finance departments to ensure that accounting is aligned and executed effectively.Main ResponsibilitiesIndependent processing of the accounts payable workflow in SAPReconciliation of vendor accountsSetting up payments on timeProcessing of advance paymentsEntering and maintaining supplier master dataResponsible for processing travel and expense reportsAssist with internal and external auditsChecking and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirementsVarious administrative tasks to support the operational business and the teamMinimum RequirementsCommercial diploma or equivalentWork experience in a similar roleVery good knowledge of SAPProactive personality with a good sense of humorAbility to adapt easily to changing circumstances in dynamic environmentFluent in German and English (oral and written)Flexible and resilient personality with an exact way of workingSAP experienceFrench language skills are an advantageCustomer focusedIf you are interested in a multicultural, challenging and innovative working environment and your profile matches our requirements, we are looking forward to receiving your online application in English.
