Le commis sushi est ambassadeur de la qualité des sushis et du service Yuzu; c'est le premier point de contact de la clientèle.
En tant que commis sushi, ton travail consistera à assurer un service à la clientèle d'une qualité irréprochable et à participer à la confection des sushis.
Confectionner les sushis et les autres mets;
Répondre aux questions des clients, sur place comme au téléphone;
Conseiller les clients dans leurs choix et les informer des promotions;
Participer à la préparation et à la mise en place des ingrédients;
Collaborer avec tes collègues à l'entretien du restaurant (hygiène et salubrité);
Effectuer toute autre tâche requise au bon déroulement des opérations.
Un grand maître sushi a déjà dit « on ne nait pas sushiman, on le devient ». Même si tu n'as jamais fait de sushis, on assurera ta formation, qui sera entièrement rémunérée.
Expérience de travail pertinente dans la restauration (atout);
Expérience en relation avec la clientèle;
Désir de propager la Yuzuvibe!
Tu es reconnu pour ta personnalité énergique, ton sourire et ton positivisme? Tu es vif d'esprit et tu as la capacité à travailler dans un contexte de « rush » où plusieurs tâches doivent être réalisées rapidement? On te veut dans l'équipe!
