This position works closely with Customer Service Representatives and the facility staff to ensure that business is running efficiently.
Your effective leadership skills will provide direction to sales and operational staff in the implementation and delivery of annual and seasonal plans.Day to DayGrowing the volume of the crop inputs business with existing customers and proactively seeking out new business opportunitiesCoaching and mentoring customer service representativesA hands-on approach to the set up and operation of the chemical and fertilizer facilitiesMonitoring market developments and updates to determine competitive price offeringsPromoting P&H's service programsManage third party application for dry floatingDeveloping annual plans and budgetsManagement and application of credit and collection programsOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years in a role managing or related to the sale of crop inputsPost-secondary in an Ag-related, Science or Business field Certified Crop Advisor, P.
