Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable de la paie à notre succursale à Sherbrooke !
Le responsable de la paie est chargé du processus bi-hebdomadaire dans le système de traitement de la paie pour en garantir le traitement précis. Le titulaire de ce poste maintient et met à jour les informations en lien avec la paie et résout tout écart de sorte à être en conformité avec les exigences gouvernementales, la convention collective et le décret.
Pourquoi avons-nous besoin de toi ?
Traitement de la paie :
Télécharger le rapport des heures travaillées vers le système de traitement de la paie.
Transférer la paie dans les délais prescrits.
Procéder aux corrections et aux ajustements de paie demandés quotidiennement par les gestionnaires.
Faire les ajustements nécessaires dans le système de paie en lien avec les salaires, mutations, primes et cotisations.
Procéder aux saisies sur salaire, le cas échéant.
Maintenir à jour les banques de vacances et maladies.
Effectuer le suivi des dossiers d'assurance collective.
Conformité :
Fournir les rapports demandés par le comité paritaire et le syndicat et répondre à leurs questions.
Remplir la documentation gouvernementale telle que les relevés d'emploi et les T4-R1 et répondre à leurs questions.
Procéder aux remises gouvernementales.
Administration :
Soutenir les autres membres de l'équipe de comptabilité dans les tâches administratives.
Amélioration continue des processus liés à la paie.
Procéder aux ouvertures et aux fermetures de dossier des employés.
Fournir des informations aux employés et aux gestionnaires sur les questions de paie et les questions fiscales.
Traiter les demandes et formulaires de subvention.
Quel est le profil recherché ?
DEC ou AEC en comptabilité;
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en lien avec la paie;
Compréhension des connaissances de base en comptabilité;
Connaissance du décret de la signalisation routière et des normes du travail (Un atout);
Maîtrise de Nethris (Un atout).
