Voici les défis qui vous attendent :
Faire la mise en place des flux de matériels et de gestion de stock (tels que marchandises, produits ou matières premières);
Diagnostiquer et proposer des solutions afin d'optimiser les stocks, de réduire les coûts totaux et d'améliorer les procédures de logistique;
Diagnostiquer et faire des recommandations concernant les activités et la performance de l'entrepôt, y compris les emballages ;
Définir les cahiers de charge, préparer des documents d'appels d'offres et évaluer les propositions reçues pour des équipements de manutention et services de logistique;
Optimiser, uniformiser et documenter les principaux processus reliés au secteur, et participer à la formation.
Vous êtes Merkurien si :
Vous détenez un Baccalauréat en ingénierie industriel ou en gestion des opérations ;
Vous possédez au moins 2 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en milieu manufacturier ;
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP, WMS et TMS ;
Vous êtes bilingue (français, anglais) - la maîtrise de l'anglais est requise pour nos clients internationaux et nos clients du Québec ayant des projets à l'international;
Vous êtes mobile pour vous déplacer chez nos clients (Estrie, Centre Du Québec).
Vous vous démarquez par les habiletés suivantes :
Un haut sens des priorités et une certaine autonomie de travail ;
De fortes aptitudes en communication et en résolution de problèmes ;
Une bonne compréhension des concepts de production et de logistique ;
