Sous l'autorité du directeur des ressources humaines, la commis à la paie effectue la gestion de la paie (poinçons) pour tous les employés de production et elle répond aux questions en lien avec la paie et les assurances.
Elle met à jour les diverses informations en lien avec les employés et aide à la gestion des dossiers des employés.Rôles et responsabilités:
Santé & Sécurité au travailS'engager personnellement et faire preuve d'un leadership fort en santé et sécurité;Participer/supporter le Comité de Santé & Sécurité dans la réalisation de son mandat;Traitement de la paieTraiter le cycle complet des poinçons des employés de production;Répondre à toutes les demandes de renseignements liées à la paie et résoudre les problèmes de paie;Fournir un excellent service à toutes les parties internes et externes;Soutenir l'équipe comptable pour les comptes clients et fournisseurs;Mettre à jour les dossiers des employés;Saisir les données;AdministrationCommande les fournitures de bureau;Assure la gestion du classement de documents;Responsable de l'entrée de facture dans le système comptable;Tenir à jour divers fichiers Excel.
Compétences particulières :
Rigueur Bonne capacité de planification, d'analyse et d'organisation; Bonne capacité de communication interpersonnelle;Bonne connaissance des logiciels et du cycle de paie; Démontre d'excellentes aptitudes à la prise de décision; Être orienté vers l'atteinte des résultats.
