Un de nos clients, cabinet d'expertise en règlement de sinistres situé à Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, est à la recherche :
Adjoint(e) aux experts en sinistresPrincipales responsabilités :
Accueil des visiteurs visiteuses :
bien que nous recevions peu de clients au bureau, il arrive que des gens viennent porter des documents et il y a aussi nos fournisseurs de biens (ex.
:
fournitures de bureau, entretien du copieur, etc.) Recevoir et diriger les appels téléphoniques de nos clients-assureurs, des assurés, courtiers, réclamants, etc.
Gestion des courriels selon les demandes des experts en sinistre Ouverture des dossiers (pour les nouveaux mandats reçus des assureurs) Produire les rapports enregistrés sur dictaphone, numériser les documents/annexes Produire les factures aux clients-assureurs Gestion des paiements des factures par nos clients Gestion des fournitures de bureau (commande, vérification, classement) Coordination des factures et paiements avec la comptable Coordination avec les sous-traitantes externes pour la production des entrevues enregistrées Support aux experts en sinistre dans leur travail (recherches, vérifications, etc.) Travail général de bureau.Requis :
2 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire dans le domaine de l'expertise en sinistre recherchéDe préférence bilingue ou au moins une maitrise fonctionnelle de l'anglais.
Mais une très bonne qualité du français.Maitrise des logiciels courants tels que MS Office (Word, Excel) Rémunération :
Salaire pouvant aller entre 50K-65K selon expérience et compétencesHoraire :
Le travail se fait de 8 h 30 à 12 h et de 13 h à 16 h 30, 4 ou 5 jours / semaine, selon le choix du candidat(e) choisi(e).RÉF :
