En tant que commis aux pièces, les principales responsabilités sont :
Accueillir et conseiller les clients sur les composantes selon leurs besoins;
Offrir un service client complet lorsqu'ils viennent chercher leurs commandes;
Ouvrir les comptes clients;
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques;
Gérer l'inventaire des pièces, y compris la réception, l'entreposage et le réapprovisionnement, avec précision et efficacité.
Effectuer les commandes de pièces auprès des fournisseurs;
Préparer et emballer les pièces pour la livraison ou la collecte par les clients;
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé, pour assurer un flux de travail sans interruption.
Effectuer les transports / livraisons au besoin;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
