Au Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord, les principales responsabilités seront :
Analyser les résultats des élèves et soutenir la mise en place de dispositifs d'enseignement efficace notamment en sciences;
Supporter les enseignants sur l'évaluation des apprentissages des élèves ainsi que l'élaboration ou l'adaptation d'outils d'évaluation;
Participer à des rencontres multidisciplinaires dans le but d'outiller les enseignants afin d'aider les élèves qui présentent ou qui sont susceptibles de présenter des difficultés d'adaptation ou d'apprentissage;
Collaborer à la réalisation du projet éducatif et des projets particuliers;
Implanter des programmes de formation, conseiller les enseignants et la direction relativement à l'interprétation de ces programmes, concevoir et animer des ateliers de formation sur les éléments du programme;
Collaborer à l'élaboration de situations d'apprentissage et soutenir l'expérimentation en classe;
Conseiller les intervenants scolaires sur les moyens d'intégration des technologies;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à la profession.
Détenir un brevet en enseignement;
Avoir cumulé 5 années d'enseignement dans une discipline pertinente;
Détenir de l'expérience en enseignement au niveau secondaire;
Faire preuve de leadership dans le soutien d'équipes enseignantes;
Aimer travailler en équipe et avoir une approche collaborative;
Être en mesure de se déplacer sur l'ensemble du territoire du Centre de services scolaire.
