Relevant de la Directrice RH, tu assisteras l'équipe dans les différentes activités quotidiennes ainsi que dans divers projets du département des ressources humaines. Dans le cadre de ton travail, tu seras appelé à te déplacer à nos deux sites, soit à St-Germain-de-Grantham et à St-François-Xavier-de-Brompton.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Participer aux différentes étapes du processus d'acquisition de talents (de la recherche de candidatures jusqu'à l'intégration des nouveaux employés) ;
- Assurer l'accueil des nouveaux employés et préparer les documents d'accueil (cadeaux, formulaires, etc.) ;
- Adhérer les employés aux programmes d'assurances collectives et de régime de retraite ;
- Assurer la conformité, l'organisation et le maintien des dossiers employés et de la documentation sur le répertoire RH ;
- Préparer les diverses communications RH (mémos, nominations, anniversaires, etc.) ;
- Participer à la coordination administrative des projets et des programmes du département RH (gestion de la performance, programme de reconnaissance, SIRH, etc.) ;
- Maintenir à jour les données RH telles que les statistiques et les indicateurs clés de performance ;
- Participer à la gestion des équipements de protection individuelle, incluant la commande annuelle de vêtements de travail ;
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements généraux des gestionnaires et des travailleurs ;
- Préparer et organiser des réunions, des formations et autres événements ;
- Préparer le dossier de formation pour la Loi du 1 % sur les compétences ;
- Préparer et organiser l'information devant être transmise au service de la paie ;
- Au besoin, et selon la capacité, apporter un support administratif ponctuel à d'autres départements ;
- Toute autre tâche connexe.

Qualifications
- DEC en techniques administratives OU une formation collégiale en ressources humaines OU certificat en ressources humaines
