Responsabilités
Sous la responsabilité du directeur/trice de production, la personne titulaire de ce poste, planifie, dirige et contrôle l'ensemble des activités de production. Elle travaille en collaboration avec les autres départements de production afin d'établir les priorités de façon à rencontrer les échéanciers. Les tâches principales sont les suivantes:
• Coordonner l'approvisionnement des matières premières pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations;
• Gérer la production en coordonnant les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires en s'assurant d'atteindre les objectifs ;
• Gérer plusieurs départements de production;
• S'assurer de faire respecter les normes de santé-sécurité au travail ainsi que les normes qualités;
• S'assurer de la formation des nouveaux employés;
• Collaborer avec les différents départements pour résoudre différents problèmes rencontrés;
• S'assurer de faire respecter les règlements de l'entreprise;
• S'assurer de la propreté de son usine;
• Planifier, organiser, contrôler et diriger les lignes de production;Avantages

• DEC ou BAC en génie mécanique ou dans un domaine connexe
• 3 - 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire
• Expérience en Lean manufacturing et en système Kanban
• Gestion des priorités
• Autonomie
• Esprit analytique, innovateur et créatif
• Facilité de communication avec les autres
