Le Dépanneur Sprint Cartier cherche un.e gérant.e adjoint.e qui saura faire grandir son équipe par son expertise et son leadership mobilisateur. Si tu veux une tonne de défis, tu es au bon endroit!Des dépanneurs 100 % québécois, c'est ce qu'on est depuis le début. Le Groupe F. Dufresne, une entreprise familiale de 3e génération, a lancé l'enseigne Sprint en 2017. On compte aujourd'hui plus d'une centaine de dépanneurs Sprint dans la province… et ce n'est pas près de s'arrêter!Des caisses d'avantages, on a ça dans notre dép :
Salaire de 20.25$/h;
Horaire incluant deux soirs par semaine et une fin de semaine sur deux (à discuter selon les besoins du dépanneur);
Assurances collectives payées à 60% par l'employeur;
7 jours de congés sociaux par année;
Régime de retraite (avec contribution de l'employeur);
Télémédecine et programme d'aide aux employés payés à 100% par l'employeur;
Prime de 1000$ si tu nous réfères un.e autre gérant.e;

Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les ressources humaines, financières et matérielles de la succursale;
Gestion du personnel (recrutement, formation, évaluation et supervision);
Assurer le respect des standards de qualité, de santé et sécurité au travail;
Assurer l'exécution adéquate des tâches hebdomadaires suivantes : inventaire, préparer l'horaire des employés, effectuer les dépôts, préparer les commandes, etc.;
Inspirer, mobiliser et motiver les employés;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à la demande de son superviseur.

Détenir de l'expérience en gestion (1 an) / service à la clientèle (2 ans);
Avoir une bonne capacité physique;
Posséder un sens de l'organisation et une bonne gestion des priorités;
Être apte à influencer positivement une équipe de travail.
