Compétences et expériences professionnelles :
Détenir un DEC dans une discipline connexe (un atout)
Avoir de l'expérience dans un poste similaire
Connaître les méthodes et les outils de résolution de problème
Maîtriser les fondamentaux HSSE et les logiciels de conception (CAO/DAO)
Connaître AutoCAD (un atout)
Maîtriser les outils informatiques
Qualités humaines :
Faire preuve d'autonomie

Responsabilités
Sous la supervision du directeur de production, le technicien des procédés devra effectuer les tâches suivantes :
Concevoir et valider les dessins de fabrication des tiges courbe pour la mise en production
Évaluer et établir les recettes de production et les temps standards de fabrication en fonction des volumes
Maintenir à jour les recettes de production dans le système
Proposer des solutions innovantes pour optimiser les opérations de production en collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie et de production
Évaluer les processus de production existants pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de l'efficacité, de la qualité et des coûts
Participer à l'identification des méthodes et des outils nécessaires à la mise en production de nouveaux projets
Participer, développer et déployer des outils d'amélioration continue
Effectuer des suivis de projets internes et chez les fournisseurs
Encadrer la formation des employés de production
Suivre les performances des processus de production en collectant et en analysant les données pertinentes
Rédiger des rapports réguliers sur les indicateurs clés de performance
Participer à l'amélioration de l'ergonomie des postes de travail
Analyser des problématiques techniques, les dérives et connaitre les outils de résolution de problème
Assurer la traçabilité des données de fabrication conformément aux exigences client ou réglementaires
Conception de gabarit de fabrication custom pour projets à volume
Assurer la documentation des projets et la mise à jour
