DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Relevant du Chef Service & Installations Amérique, le/la Spécialiste de projets d'installations sera responsable du contrôle des exigences techniques, des travaux et de la vérification des rapports de production ainsi que tous les aspects techniques des projets d'installation, ce qui comprend, le suivi de l'avancement du projet, le contrôle de la qualité, le contrôle du budget, la répartition des sous-traitants et le support technique pour les appels de service et les commandes des pièces.
Le/La Spécialiste de projets d'installations assume un rôle important dans la satisfaction des clients. Il/Elle est impliqué dès le début du processus lors d'appels techniques, de la réalisation des plans d'implantation ainsi que lors de la formation des installateurs qui réaliseront le projet. Il/Elle fournira le plus haut niveau de support technique avec une attitude orientée client. Ce poste exige une aptitude démontrée à la mécanique.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Organiser et contrôler les activités d'installation réalisées principalement par des sous-traitants, tout en respectant le budget, l'échéancier et les normes de qualité;
Préparer et tenir à jour des rapports quotidiens et les calendriers mis à jour des installateurs sur l'avancement des installations;
Recueillir et valider les informations techniques des projets, aider à la préparation des rapports de soumissions établir les spécifications, les plans d'installation, les mandats et les échéanciers des installations;
Organiser les réunions de pré installation avec les sous-traitants, les clients et les chantiers de construction;
Recevoir les appels de service technique en respectant le délai standard et en offrant une excellente communication avec le client;
Agir comme second point de contact technique entre les représentants commerciaux et/ou les clients pour le suivi des activités ou la résolution de problèmes techniques;
Contrôler les activités des sous-traitants afin de garantir le respect des exigences en matière de santé et de sécurité, de qualité et des exigences techniques du projet;
Assurer la formation sur place et à distance des aspects techniques des produits et services;
Coordonner la formation et le support technique des installateurs;
Rechercher des installateurs qualifiés;
Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe d'ingénierie, de développement et de qualité pour atténuer et corriger les problèmes du système et participer activement à l'identification et à l'exécution des actions préventives et correctives (CAPA);
Voyagement au Canada et États-Unis environ 15% du temps.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou formation équivalente combinée à une expérience pertinente;
Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience en soutien technique;
Bonne connaissance des systèmes mécaniques et électriques;
Approche orientée vers le client;
Avoir un sens aigu de l'analyse technique;
Organisé, avec le souci du détail et la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets;
Être reconnu pour son leadership en matière de collaboration et de communication;
Capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire;
Excellente capacité à communiquer efficacement (en anglais) avec les membres de l'équipe dans un environnement de projet complexe et rapide;
Très bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
La connaissance du logiciel SolidWorks est un atout.
