Responsabilités du poste Le chargé de projets produits et procédés sera responsable d'assurer le support technique nécessaire au département de fabrication en appuyant ce dernier dans ses opérations quotidiennes.
Plus précisément, il sera responsable d'une famille de produits en assurant une fabrication conforme aux normes et standards de qualité établis.
Le chargé de projet produits et procédés devra :
• Assurer un suivi sur la qualité des produits aux différentes étapes de fabrication.
• Assurer l'optimisation des produits existants et du procédé de fabrication.
• Mener des projets d'amélioration de la performance de produits existants et de développement de nouveaux produits.
• Participer au développement des nouveaux produits et procédés de fabrication.
• Participer à la revue des soumissions et des contrats ainsi qu'à la préparation à la production.
• Participer à la mise en place des documents techniques.
• Assurer la coordination et la mise en place de projets d'amélioration continue.
• Effectuer des analyses de risques et d'opérabilité.
• Assurer la formation technique des intervenants.
Exigences du poste Vous devez détenir un Baccalauréat en génie chimique ou en chimie jumelé à un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente.
Le chargé de projets produits et procédés devra être bilingue (anglais et français) et devra bien maîtriser l'environnement Microsoft Office.
La connaissance des outils d'amélioration continue, tel Lean Six Sigma, ainsi que du logiciel Minitab est un atout.
