Près du centre-ville de Rimouski, dans un quartier revitalisé, vous serez à proximité des services, de l'hôpital et du Musée régional. Horaire : un poste à temps plein de nuit, de 23h00am à 8h00am, une fin de semaine sur deux.
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
Aider et accompagner les résidents dans leurs déplacements
Aviser l'infirmier(ière) et/ou le/la responsable des services de santé de tous changements observés à l'état de santé des résidents
Contribuer à l'ajustement du plan d'intervention des résidents par ses observations
Respecter et favoriser une prise en charge proactive chez les résidents
Respecter les normes et règlements en conformité avec la certification des résidences privées pour aînés et politiques de l'employeur
Réaliser un ensemble de soins de santé et d'hygiène dans le respect de l'intégrité et de la dignité des résidents, en collaboration avec l'équipe
Répondre à toutes situations d'urgence
