Nous œuvrons dans plusieurs productions agricoles au niveau de l'accompagnement, de la vente d'intrants, de l'agroenvironnement, de l'agroéconomie, de l'ingénierie et plus encore. Nous sommes présents dans les régions du Centre-du-Québec, de l'Estrie et de Chaudière- Appalaches.
Pour le centre des grains situé au 500 boul. Gamache à Victoriaville, Sollio-VIVACO Agriculture coopérative cherche à pourvoir un poste d' opérateurtrice.
Horaire: 45h/semaine, soir, nuit et fins de semaine sur rotation (1/2), de 15h à 23 h avec possibilité de temps supplémentaire
Salaire : 22,66$ à 25,66$/heure

Responsabilités
Assurer les activités quotidiennes du centre des grains;
Coordonner les équipes de travail pour assurer une production optimale;
S'assurer du respect des normes de sécurité et des protocoles de travail;
Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des procédures de contrôle de la qualité;
Effectuer des vérifications régulières pour garantir la conformité aux normes de qualité;
Collaborer avec les équipes de planification pour assurer une production en temps opportun;
Superviser les niveaux de stocks de grains et de produits finis;
Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les performances du centre des grains;
Maintenir une documentation précise des opérations, des contrôles de qualité et des inventaires.
Profil
Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur agroalimentaire;
Connaissance approfondie des processus de transformation des grains;
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et exigeant;
Bonnes compétences en communication et en leadership.
