Relevant du contremaître de la maintenance, ton objectif principal est d'effectuer l'entretien et la réparation des équipements de l'usine.

Un horaire de jour de 40 heures par semaine soit du vendredi au lundi de 5h30 à 16h , pour des quarts de travail de 10 heures par jour ;

Ton quotidien parmi NOUS
Repérer, étudier et diagnostiquer les pannes, irrégularités et défaillances du matériel et appliquer rapidement des mesures correctives;
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des machines mécaniques, pneumatiques et électriques;
Réaliser les activités d'entretien pour installer, ajuster, réparer ou modifier les composantes et/ou les systèmes électromécaniques et s'assurer de la réalisation des priorités de réparations et d'entretien;
Effectuer des travaux de prévention sur la machinerie et participer à l'élaboration d'un plan d'entretien préventif efficace;
Participer à l'installation des nouveaux équipements selon les devis et les exigences des opérations;
Respecter les normes de qualité pour l'entretien, les équipements ou les méthodes de travail et veiller à l'amélioration continue de ceux-ci;
Communiquer et faire les mises à jour des standards de qualité ou des nouvelles méthodes de travail.
Compétences à partager avec NOUS!
Tu détiens un diplôme d'études collégiales en technologie de l'électronique industrielle ou un diplôme d'études professionnelles en électromécanique de système automatisé ou l'équivalent, avec une expérience d'un minimum de 5 ans dans le domaine de la maintenance.
Tu connais les automates programmables (Allen Bladley / Siemens / Omron)
Tu sais reconnaitre les priorités et les prioriser.
Tu aimes travailler avec rigueur et tu possèdes la patience pour le faire.
Tu es une personne d'action et de collaboration.
