Notre partenaire, le Centre du Camion Mabo de Val-d'Or, est présentement à la recherche d'un Aviseur technique afin d'assurer la qualité du service après-vente et d'identifier les besoins en réparation des véhicules des clients.
CE QUI POURRAIT T'INTÉRESSER SUR L'ENTREPRISE:
Le Centre du Camion Mabo est un chef de file dans le domaine du camion lourd en Abitibi, au Témiscamingue et au Nord-du-Québec. Depuis plus de 30 ans, ils sont spécialisés dans la vente et la réparation des camions Western Star, Freightliner, ainsi que des remorques Manac. Leurs trois centres offrent les services complets d'entretien et de réparation, en plus de la vente de pièces et d'accessoires pour les camions lourds et remorques de toute marque.
TA MISSION:
Ta mission en tant que qu'Aviseur technique dans l'équipe du Centre du Camion Mabo :
Accueillir les clients et prendre les informations au sujet de leur véhicule;
Conseiller les clients sur les différents soins et l'entretien de leurs camions et fixer les rendez-vous;
Informer les clients des diverses promotions et services offerts;
Préparer une estimation du coût de la main-d'œuvre et des pièces et prévoir le délai d'exécution;
Assurer un suivi de l'avancement des travaux et tenir le client informé;
Vérifier si le client possède une garantie et compléter les documents nécessaires;
Voir à ce que les pièces nécessaires soient disponibles et autorisées les commandes de pièces pour le garage;
Effectuer le retour de pièces aux fournisseurs;
Valider la facturation, expliquer la nature des travaux exécutés aux clients et fournir au responsable des comptes à recevoir les documents en lien avec la facturation.
TU AS BESOIN DE:
Détenir des connaissances en mécanique;
Posséder de l'expérience au service à la clientèle;
Être habile à travailler à l'informatique avec la suite Office;
Avoir une base en anglais (documentation majoritairement en anglais).

Faire preuve de débrouillardise, d'autonomie et de polyvalence;
Posséder une facilité d'apprentissage, un esprit d'équipe et une bonne approche client;
Être capable de travailler sous pression et gérer les imprévus.
