Technicien(ne) en génie mécanique

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES D'UN TECHNICIEN(NE) EN GÉNIE MÉCANIQUE

Sous la supervision du chef de service ingénierie manufacturière, le technicien(ne) en génie mécanique sera responsable de la mise en place de diverses améliorations techniques et de l'implantation de nouvelles méthodes dans l'usine manufacturière. Il doit supporter les activités de productions au quotidien et concevoir et mettre en place des gabarits/ méthodes de travail innovantes avec les équipes impliquées.

Identifier les opportunités d'améliorations au niveau des outils, gabarits et méthodes de travail existantes;

Développer des solutions d'automatisations adaptées aux problématiques rencontrées;

Mettre en place les solutions adoptées en considérant les aspects Santé & sécurité, ergonomie et productivité.

Supporter les différents projets de l'équipe d'ingénierie manufacturière. En permettant d'introduire des nouveaux produits dans l'usine;

Proposer des modifications à l'aménagement et/ou aux équipements pour réaliser les objectifs d'amélioration continue;

Participer au développement et à la mise en place de changement techniques avec l'équipe d'ingénierie manufacturière;

Participer aux différents projets stratégiques qui seront assignés;

Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes

FORMATIONS REQUISES :

Technique en lgénie mécanique ou industriel

Autres combinaisons de formations pertinentes et équivalentes pourront être considérées

EXPÉRIENCES REQUISES :

3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente

HABILETÉS REQUISES :

Conceptualisation 3D

Habileté à communiquer (en anglais avancé et en français) autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;

À l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels ;

Créativité et débrouillardise

Avoir une forte capacité d'analyse

Habiletés manuelles

Capacité d'analyser et de résoudre des problèmes ;

Autonomie et initiative ;

Détenir une grande facilité à communiquer
