Notre scierie située en Outaouais, dans la Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, emploie plus de 120 personnes. Nous possédons deux chaînes de sciage et une chaîne de rabotage pour transformer le bois d'œuvre destiné au marché de la rénovation et de la construction nord-américain et outre-mer. Au fil du temps, notre installation a reçu un grand nombre de prix et de distinctions en santé et sécurité. Notre établissement est à la recherche de personnes qualifiées es en vue de pourvoir un poste de Superviseur production. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein.

Responsabilités :
Relevant du surintendant des opérations, vous aurez au cours de votre carrière à :
Organiser les ressources, diriger, contrôler et communiquer avec le personnel;
Superviser l'ensemble des opérations de l'usine pendant votre quart de travail de façon à atteindre les objectifs organisationnels;
Travailler activement à l'atteinte des indicateurs de performances (KPI) de l'usine ;
Assurer le suivi et le développement des compétences de son équipe ;
Faire appliquer et auditer les procédures requises en santé et sécurité et en environnement.
Profil recherché :
Aptitudes
Être orienté vers l'action et les résultats ;
Etre doué pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles ;
Capacité d'adaptation et savoir gérer les priorités ;
Exigences
Détenir une formation collégiale pertinente ou l'équivalent;
Posséder 3 ans d'expérience dont 1 an dans un poste similaire (gestion des opérations);
Avoir de l'expérience dans un milieu syndiqué, dans le secteur du bois un atout;
Faire preuve de leadership, de rigueur et de courage managérial;
Conditions de travail :

La région compte plus de 3 200 lacs pour pratiquer toutes sortes d'activités, dont la chasse, la pêche, le camping et le canoé.
