Le Spécialiste des ventes soutient l'équipe de gestion dans l'exécution des tâches variées dans le magasin et faire preuve d'une attention particulière priorisant le client en tout temps.
• Tâches et responsabilités* Exécuter les tâches assignées afin d'atteindre l'entité des objectifs de rendement et du magasin ;
• Prioriser le client et exécuter les tâches assignées de façon exemplaire ;
• Soutenir l'équipe de gestion dans l'atteinte des objectifs et des tâches quotidiennes ;
• Assumer les responsabilités du responsable des ventes en l'absence des membres de la direction ;
• Qualifications* 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou un équivalent
• Excellente capacité de communication
• Passion pour le service à la clientèle exceptionnel
• Assurance et agilité dans les environnements dynamiques
• Une approche motivée pour ce rôle et une passion pour le design intérieur
• Horaire flexible, capable de travailler de jour, de soir ou les week-ends
• Capacité de soulever des objets de taille moyenne à grande/et utilisation fréquente de l'échelle
