Nous recherchons activement un partenaire d'affaires - planification financière et analyse afin de développer et maintenir le système de reporting de gestion de l'organisation. À titre d'expert dans l'analyse de la performance, il coordonnera les processus budgétaires et de projections financières incluant les plans financiers à long terme (planification financière). Il veillera également à répondre aux besoins d'analyse et de suivi des directions responsables des services support corporatif.

TES TALENTS SERVIRONT À RELEVER LES DÉFIS SUIVANTS :
Coordonner la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels ainsi que l'analyse de la performance de chaque secteur d'activité et de la performance consolidée;
Superviser l'analyse approfondie des variances sur une base mensuelle par rapport aux projections et à l'année précédente;
Agir à titre d'expert dans l'analyse de performance et supporter l'équipe dans le développement d'outils d'analyse;
Coordonner le processus budgétaire annuel ainsi que le processus mensuel de projections financières;
Contribuer au développement et à l'amélioration des processus de préparation et d'analyse de l'information de gestion du Groupe;
Coordonner la mise à jour, le suivi et l'analyse du budget en capital;
Assurer l'amélioration continue des outils existants avec les besoins de l'organisation;
Participer et soutenir les activités prévues au système de gestion de la santé, sécurité et environnement.
NOTRE COLLÈGUE IDÉAL POSSÈDE :
Diplôme d'études universitaires en administration des affaires ou en finance;
Minimum de dix (10) années d'expérience dans ce rôle ou un rôle similaire;
Aisance avec suite Office, plus particulièrement Excel;
Connaissance de SAP et/ou de PowerBI (atout);
Bonne maîtrise des concepts de la comptabilité analytique et de la finance corporative;
Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et des outils connexes;
Bonne organisation du travail et sens des priorités;
Intégrité;
Rigueur, souci de l'excellence;
Sens du service à la clientèle;
Langues : niveau avancé en français, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
