ITC Technologies SERVICES , une division de ITC Technologies, une entreprise québécoise dynamique et en pleine croissance est actuellement à la recherche d'un TECHNICIEN FRIGORISTE CVAC.

ITC Technologies , spécialistes CVAC, réalisent plusieurs projets d'envergure pour des hôpitaux ainsi que des bâtiments commerciaux et industriels situés un peu partout au Québec.
Notre entreprise offre aux entrepreneurs une panoplie d'appareils CVAC pour combler tous leurs besoins en matière de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation. Notre entreprise vend aussi des appareils spécialisés, tels que des déshumidificateurs, des thermopompes et des refroidisseurs.

ITC Technologies SERVICES assure la mise en marche et le service des équipements CVAC.

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

TÂCHES et RESPONSABILITÉS du poste

Résoudre les problématiques techniques rencontrées sur les projets de l'Entreprise de façon efficiente (qualité et coût) et dans les meilleurs délais

Utiliser les outils des différents manufacturiers pour diagnostiquer les problèmes des équipements

Offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel se démarquant par des interventions efficaces et par le respect des intervenants

Servir de référence technique pour les employés de l'entreprise, particulièrement à l'équipe de ventes

Collaborer aux formations sur les technologies VRV aux différents entrepreneurs

Apporter un support au développement de la technologie afin de l'adapter au marché québécois

COMPÉTENCES et QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES

Posséder 3 à 5 années d'expérience en refroidisseurs, thermopompes, unités traitement d'air et en technologie VRV

Expérience comme frigoriste un atout

Avoir une bonne connaissance des Contrôleurs DDC pour unités CVAC autonomes

Avoir une bonne connaissance des protocoles de communication Bacnet pour système VRV et pour système CVAC autonome

Avoir une compréhension de l'opération d'un système VRV

Connaître les réseaux de communication Propriétaire pour systèmes VRV (DII-Net préférablement)

Faire preuve de minutie et de rigueur pour un travail de qualité

Démontrer un esprit d'équipe, d'initiative et de débrouillardise

Détenir de bonnes aptitudes de services à la clientèle et de suivi

Être organisé et avoir la capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois

Posséder la capacité à établir l'ordre de priorité des tâches à effectuer

Démontrer un bon jugement et une facilité à communiquer
