Description du poste
Le directeur ou la directrice des opérations est responsable de tous les aspects de la supervision et de la gestion des différents départements de l'organisation, et ce en collaboration avec les directeurs des départements :
Équipe des ventes
Département du laboratoire
Département de l'entrepôt
Votre rôle
Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les activités des différents départements de l'organisation.
Gestion de tous les aspects de l'entreprise et supervision des opérations quotidiennes.
Superviser la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de croissance de l'entreprise.
Contrôler les achats et les stocks.
Assurer une bonne communication entre les départements de l'organisation.
Veiller à la formation et la fidélisation des employés.
Recruter, superviser, encadrer, discipliner, conseiller et évaluer la performance des directeurs de départements.
Établir des indicateurs de performance pertinents et mesurer les résultats pour s'assurer que les objectifs de l'entreprise sont atteints.
