Principales responsabilités :
Voir à l'élaboration et à la révision des stratégies, des politiques et des programmes en matière de gestion des ressources humaines au sein de l'organisation ; Exercer un rôle-conseil auprès de la direction ; Contribuer au développement d'une culture organisationnelle axée sur la mobilisation et la collaboration et la performance ; Piloter les différents processus de dotation ; Participer à la définition des besoins en matière de formation et en assurer la coordination ; Diriger les processus annuels de gestion de la performance ; Conseiller les employés et les gestionnaires en matière d'interprétation et d'application des politiques de l'organisation, de rémunération, d'avantages sociaux et de santé et sécurité au travail ; S'assurer que l'organisation se conforme aux exigences des différentes lois relatives aux ressources humaines et à la santé-sécurité ; Interpréter et appliquer la convention collective en vigueur ; Demeurer à l'affût des meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des ressources humaines ; Participer à divers comités (gestion, relation de travail, SST, etc.).
Exigences et qualifications :
Diplôme d'études universitaires de premier cycle dans un champ de spécialisation approprié ; Minimum de trois (3) années d'expérience comme généraliste en ressources humaines ; Expérience en milieu syndiqué (un atout) ; Intérêt marqué pour le recrutement ; Titre professionnel (CRHA ou CRIA) sera considéré comme un atout ; Faciliter à communiquer en anglais considérant l'environnement de travail bilingue.
