Description du poste
En tant que conseiller en épargne collective vous agirez à titre de conseiller financier pour ses clients, les aidant à choisir les bons fonds communs de placement dans lesquels investir leur épargne. Votre rôle consiste à analyser la situation financière des épargnants pour leur offrir des fonds communs de placement adaptés à leurs besoins et à leur profil d'investisseur.

Horaire : 9h à 5h (horaire flexible) Possibilité de terminer à 14h le vendredi
Principales responsabilités
Analyser la situation financière des épargnants pour leur offrir des fonds communs de placement adaptés à leurs besoins et à leur profil d'investisseur.
Mettre de l'avant une approche axée sur la rigueur d'exécution et la satisfaction des besoins des clients pour qu'ils atteignent leur autonomie financière.
Bâtir une relation de confiance avec les clients;
Appliquer rigoureusement les processus et procédures afin d'analyser correctement les besoins des clients et élaborer avec eux une stratégie financière intégrée et rentable;
Être responsable de la durabilité de la relation avec les clients et assurer la rentabilité de leur portefeuille.

Formation étendue sur 3 mois suivant l'embauche
