Nous recherchons présentement une personne dynamique et bonne communicatrice pour assurer le soutien des utilisateurs de notre logiciel de gestion d'entretiens mécaniques. Ta formation d'une durée de 3 mois est entièrement rémunérée.Ce poste est pour notre bureau de Québec.Tu veux t'accomplir et relever des défis? Voici en quoi ça consiste.
Offrir une assistance aux utilisateurs de notre logiciel MIR-RT et de nos applications connexes.
Assister les clients lors de l'installation initiale de MIR-RT.
Assister les clients lors des mises à jour du logiciel.
Apporter les solutions nécessaires pour une utilisation optimale.
Configurer les passerelles pour assurer l'échange d'informations entre MIR-RT et les logiciels du client.
Tester les nouvelles fonctionnalités de nos logiciels.
