Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Chargé de Projet Oracle HCM
Voici comment vous serez impliqué
• Gérer les implémentations de solutions Oracle EBS , ERP Cloud ou HCM Cloud
• Proposer une méthodologie d'implémentation et coordonner sa mise en place
• Définir des plans de transition et de déploiement Oracle
• Elaborer les estimations de projet, plans de travail, et palns de ressources
• Gérer une équipe de 25 personnes
• Supporter son équipe et apporter des solutions aux obstacles.
Votre expérience
• 12 ans d'experience dans la gestion d'implémentation d'Oracle Cloud ou EBS
• Experience avec les méthodologies AIM, ou Oracle OUM, waterfall, Scrum, Kanban
• Experience dans la gestion d'équipe
• Experience dans la gestion du changement, problèmes et des risques.
• Expereince démontrer dans les domaines de gestion de projets du PMBok
Vous vous démarquez par
• Votre habilité à gerer des projets complexes et équipe.
• Votre solides compétences en présentation, en communictaion écrite et orale
• Votre capacité à résudre des problèmes et à penser critique
• Votre bilinguisme en français et en anglais, car vous sera amené à collaborer avec des ressources à l'extérieur du Québec.
