MANDAT
Le gérant/gérante de rayon a le mandat d'accroître les ventes et de maximiser les profits. Il effectue l'approvisionnement et la mise en marché de son rayon de façon à optimiser la qualité des produits et services demandés par les consommateurs. Il mobilise l'équipe à la mise en œuvre d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et il exerce les contrôles nécessaires à la réalisation des objectifs budgétaires.
À QUOI POURRAIT RESSEMBLER UNE JOURNÉE TYPIQUE ?
En tant que gérant/ gérante de rayon tu devras :
• effectuer les différentes activités de gestion à l'intérieur de son rayon;
• définir les objectifs et communiquer clairement tes attentes à ton équipe de travail tout en lui transmettant régulièrement une rétroaction nécessaire à l'amélioration continue et en l'encadrant de façon à produire les résultats fixés;
• respecter les normes et l'image de la bannière;
• assurer la mise en oeuvre d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel;
• assurer la gestion des achats, des inventaires, des listes de prix, de la mise en marché, de la productivité salariale selon les normes établies afin d'assurer le prêt aux affaires ;
• gèrer les politiques et procédures, respecte les normes d'hygiène gouvernementales ainsi que les normes de santé et sécurité au travail et fait en sorte qu'elles soient appliquées et respectées de façon uniforme par tous les employés de son rayon;
• former et motiver les membres de ton équipe;
• créer un climat favorisant la confiance et la communication à l'intérieur de son équipe;
• gèrer la prévention des pertes (gaspillages, vols, pertes d'inventaires, bris);
• appliquer et respecter les budgets relatifs à son rayon;
• autres tâches connexes.
TU DÉTIENS LES EXIGENCES SUIVANTES
• Tu es détenteur d'un diplôme secondaires mais un diplôme d'études collégiales est un atout;
• Tu as un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un commerce de détail ou dans le rayon pertinent;
• Ton expérience en gestion représente un atout de grande valeur;
• Le service à la clientèle est ta priorité;
• Tu sais favoriser la communication et l'esprit d'équipe;
• Tu possèdes de grandes habiletés et aptitudes techniques dans le rayon approprié;
• Ta personnalité se distingue par ton dynamisme, ton esprit innovateur et ton leadership.
