Coordinateur(trice) des comptes clients

Tâches et responsabilités
Préparer et réviser les factures.
Préparer et traiter les paiements électroniques.
Comptabiliser les paiements électroniques entrants, traiter les dépôts de chèques et comptabiliser les paiements.
Effectuer des rapprochements de comptes.
Rechercher et résoudre les divergences de facturation et de paiement.
Examine l'ancienneté des comptes clients pour s'assurer de leur conformité.
Communiquer avec les clients.
Examine les problèmes liés aux comptes et propose des solutions pour atténuer les problèmes futurs.
Agir en tant que ressource pour le personnel en ce qui concerne les comptes clients.
Participer à des projets liés à l'automatisation et à l'amélioration des processus.
Effectuer d'autres tâches et fonctions assignées nécessaires pour soutenir le département des finances.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité clients.
Les candidats ayant une expérience de l'utilisation d'Oracle NetSuite seront prioritaires.
Solide connaissance de Microsoft Excel.
Efficacité, souci du détail et sens aigu de l'organisation sont requis.
Capacité à gérer l'ambiguïté dans un environnement en constante évolution.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator
• On-site: 9300 Transcanadienne, St-Laurent, QC, H4S 1K5*
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and review invoices.
Prepare and process electronic payment pulls.
Post incoming wire payments, process cheque deposits and post payments.
Perform account reconciliations.
Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
Communicate with customers.
Investigate account issues and propose solutions to mitigate future issues.
Act as resource for staff relating to client accounts.
Assist with projects related to automation and process improvements.
Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Finance Department.
2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable.
Candidates with experience using Oracle NetSuite will be prioritized.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Efficiency, attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
