Description du poste Se rapportant au directeur des finances, le contrôleur financier travaillera avec l'équipe de comptabilité pour superviser, optimiser et faire évoluer les opérations financières et comptables de l'entreprise.
Plus spécifiquement, le contrôleur financier prend part aux différentes étapes du cycle comptable et financier complet ainsi qu'à la supervision d'une équipe.
Responsabilités principales :
Gestion Financière :
Superviser toutes les opérations financières, y compris la comptabilité, les rapports financiers, la budgétisation, les prévisions et la gestion des flux de trésorerie; Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques financières, des procédures et des contrôles internes pour assurer une production de rapports financiers efficace et précise; Surveiller et analyser la performance financière, identifier les domaines à améliorer et fournir des recommandations stratégiques à la direction.
Rapports Financiers :
Coordonner la préparation des états financiers périodiques, coordonner et participer aux tâches de fin de mois, y compris la révision des écritures comptables; Procéder aux analyses comptables de fin de mois ainsi que toutes analyses comptables ponctuelles; Assurer la conformité avec toutes les normes comptables, lois et réglementations applicables et diriger les différents dossiers liés aux audits gouvernementaux et aux déclarations fiscales, dont la TPS et la TVQ; Coordonner et gérer le processus d'audit annuel, en collaborant avec les auditeurs externes et en veillant à ce que toutes les exigences de l'audit soient respectées.
Budgétisation et Prévisions :
Participer au processus de budgétisation annuel, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de département (incluant l'exploitation CAPEX et flux de trésorerie); Superviser périodiquement la performance budgétaire; Préparer des prévisions financières mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles, fournissant des perspectives et des recommandations basées sur les données et les tendances financières; Gestion de la Trésorerie :
Gérer les flux de trésorerie, en veillant à une liquidité suffisante pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels; Superviser les comptes payables et recevables (2 commis); Superviser les processus de comptes fournisseurs et de comptes clients, en assurant le traitement rapide et précis des transactions.
Qualifications recherchées :
Baccalauréat en sciences comptables ou finance; Titre de CPA (un atout); Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire; Maîtrise du cycle comptable; Connaissance approfondie d'Excel; Connaissance du système/logiciel Dynamics 365 Business Central (un atout); Attitude caractérisée par le professionnalisme, l'intégrité et le respect de la confidentialité; Forte capacité d'adaptation et flexibilité interpersonnelle; Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches à la fois par la planification et l'organisation; Excellente gestion des priorités; Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit; Être reconnu comme étant un bon communicateur.
