TON RÔLE AU SEIN DE L'ÉQUIPE :
Sous la direction du directeur du magasin et en étroite collaboration avec nos collègues passionnés, tu auras la responsabilité du département des fruits et légumes. En tant que leader, tu guideras ton équipe avec enthousiasme et tu superviseras les opérations liées à tes fonctions. Nous croyons en ton potentiel pour apporter une contribution significative à notre équipe dynamique et favoriser ensemble une expérience client exceptionnelle.
CONCRÈTEMENT, TU SERAS IMPLIQUÉ À :
Coordonner et planifier les opérations du département, tout en assurant la constance du prêt-aux-affaires;
Gérer le personnel en place (accueil, formation, organisation du travail, etc.);
Communiquer et appliquer les normes et procédures en lien avec les politiques et les programmes en vigueur;
Préparer les horaires selon les paramètres approuvés et le planificateur en place;
Maintenir un marchandisage et un service à la clientèle qui se démarquent;
Assurer la gestion des inventaires et des commandes;
S'assurer de la propreté des lieux, l'entretien et la salubrité des outils et équipements;
Participer aux rencontres hebdomadaires avec la direction du magasin;
Offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair.
TU ES LA PERSONNE QU'IL NOUS FAUT PUISQUE :
Tu possèdes une expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'alimentation t'ayant permis d'acquérir des connaissances variées et pertinentes;
Tu as un bon sens de l'organisation, tu sais planifier et faire des suivis rigoureux;
Tu es une personne autonome et responsable, avec la capacité à résoudre des problèmes et es habile à renouveler les façons de faire;
Tu es disponible et flexible, tu es en mesure de t'ajuster à la clientèle (achalandage) et à mobiliser l'ensemble de du personnel dans le but de rencontrer les objectifs de l'entreprise;
Tu as un sens pratique, de la facilité à communiquer et à calculer;
Ta condition physique te permet de manipuler de la marchandise et de travailler principalement debout.
