Les tâches à exécuter sont :
• Répondre aux appels téléphoniques provenant des chauffeurs et de la clientèle interne;
• Planifier l'horaire des chauffeurs et des livraisons;
• Effectuer la répartition, les assignations pour le lendemain et les communiquer aux employés;
• Rédiger les cédules journalières;
• Prévoir les besoins en sous-traitance et/ou location.
• Toutes autres tâches connexes à la répartition.
• Facilité à travailler avec un minimum de pression;
• Excellente gestion du temps et d'organisation;
• Bon sens du travail en équipe;
• Bonne connaissance de la loi 430 et du domaine du transport;
• Être à l'aise avec l'informatique;
• Expérience en répartition.
