Le titulaire du poste aura comme mandat, en collaboration avec le directeur des finances, de soutenir les gestionnaires de projets tout au long de l'exécution des projets en assurant de respecter l'échéancier et le budget.
Activités / Tâches principales / Responsabilités
Suivre la planification pour repérer de manière proactive les dépassements de coûts, proposer des solutions potentielles et/ou s'informer sur les stratégies d'atténuation,
Bâtir les réclamations et effectuer le suivi avec les différents partis prenants,
Produire les rapports, les indicateurs de performance, et autres éléments de suivi et de contrôle,
Assurer le suivi des heures, des dépenses, des coûts et des mises à jour du budget,
Participer à des réunions régulières avec les gestionnaires de projet et d'autres parties prenantes (internes et externes) pour assurer l'avancement du projet et l'atteinte des objectifs et des résultats du projet,
Offre un service conseil et recommandations à la direction du suivi budgétaire.
Formation & Expérience
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en comptabilité, en génie, ou toute autre combinaison d'études et de formation pertinente à l'emploi,
5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur de la construction.
Connaissances & compétences requises
Expérience pertinente avec des logiciels de gestion intégré,
Suite office avancé,
Anglais avancé (bilinguisme un atout),
Très bonne capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement en changement et en forte croissance,
Bon niveau d'autonomie dans l'exécution de ses fonctions,
Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
