Nous recherchons un mécanicien d'équipement lourd et léger avec ou sans expérience en soudage et en fabrication pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique. Le mécanicien d'équipement lourd et léger exécute diverses activités visant l'entretien, la réparation et l'entretien des unités, ainsi que des travaux de fabrication sur mesure.
Responsabilités
• Détermine l'état du véhicule en effectuant des inspections et des tests de diagnostic ; identifier les pièces usées et endommagées
• Service, réparation et entretien d'une variété d'équipements tels que les camions de pompiers, tous types d'équipements municipaux, et les types d'équipements spéciaux.
• Tenir des registres de l'équipement réparé ainsi que du temps passé sur ce travail
• Inspecter l'équipement pour déceler les défauts et les dysfonctionnements et effectuer un diagnostic pour déterminer l'étendue des réparations nécessaires.
• Ajuster l'équipement et réparer ou remplacer les pièces, composants ou systèmes défectueux, à l'aide des outils appropriés.
• Tester l'équipement réparé pour s'assurer qu'il fonctionne correctement et que le travail répond aux spécifications du fabricant.
• Lubrifier et effectuer d'autres entretiens de routine sur l'équipement
• Assiste les autres mécaniciens dans les tâches les plus difficiles
• Effectuer des travaux d'aménagement pour la fabrication de pièces et d'équipements
• Effectue d'autres travaux connexes requis.

Qualifications professionnelles
• Diplôme professionnel en mécanique lourde/mécanicien diesel est un atout
• La carte Pep est un atout
• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
• Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe
