À quoi va ressembler ton quotidien :
Assurer un accueil chaleureux des visiteurs, parents, et membres du personnel, tout en répondant aux appels téléphoniques et en fournissant des informations de base;
Traiter le courrier, les courriels, et autres documents administratifs, en s'assurant de leur distribution appropriée et de leur suivi si nécessaire;
Fournir un soutien administratif aux membres du personnel enseignant et administratif, notamment en effectuant des tâches telles que la rédaction de documents, la préparation de rapports, et la gestion des dossiers;
Autres tâches connexes au domaine administratif.
Spécifiqument,
Traiter les paies à travers le système de paie gouvernementale GRH;
S'occuper du classement de la documentation;
Gérer et mettre à jour les données en relation avec les documents d'assurances, compte de dépenses, etc.

Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) dans une spécialité appropriée à la classe d'emplois OU diplôme de 5e année du secondaire (DES) OU attestation d'études dont l'équivalence est reconnue
Une (1) année d'expérience pertinente
Connaissances en bureautique
Connaissances de la paie
Bonne maîtrise de logiciels de traitement de texte et de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Excellente maîtrise du français écrit et parlé
Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer avec le public
