MISSION DE L'EMPLOYEUR
En conformité avec la Loi sur l'aide juridique et sur la prestation de certains autres services juridiques , le Centre communautaire juridique de la
Mauricie et du Centre-du-Québec a le mandat d'informer les personnes de leurs droits et obligations, de les conseiller et de les représenter devant les tribunaux tout en favorisant l'évolution du droit.

NATURE DE LA FONCTION
Avocat œuvrant principalement en droit familial, droit civil, droit administratif et droit de la santé. Elle pourrait occasionnellement être appelée à rendre des services en matière de droit de la jeunesse et en droit criminel et pénal.
EXIGENCES DE L'EMPLOI
La personne recherchée pour ce poste doit posséder une expérience récente et avoir eu une charge de travail significative dans la pratique litigieuse en matière de droit civil et familial. Elle aura aussi à démontrer son leadership professionnel, sa compréhension de la clientèle de l'aide juridique et son implication dans la communauté.
