Responsibilities:
Communication strategy development and planning
Lead role in developing targeted, integrated communications plans
Assist in guiding team members and ensuring timely campaign progress
Contribute to change management strategies for positive outcomes
Create/edit communications for senior leaders
Develop new engagement methods for the hybrid workplace
Create transparent organizational communications
Assess and evaluate departmental communications for effectiveness
Provide expert communications advice to business partners
Serve as a senior communications representative on strategic committees
Provide thought leadership and mentorship within the communication team
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in corporate communications or related fields
Post-secondary degree/diploma and professional certification in communications or related field
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
Expertise in interacting with diverse groups and individuals
Creative mindset to foster collaboration and manage relationships
Knowledge of change management principles is an asset
Bilingual in English & French is an asset
