Votre défi:
La représentante ou le représentant développement des affaires recherché(e), joindra l'équipe des ventes détails et collaborera avec la cheffe développement des affaires. Plus précisément, son rôle consistera à :
Promouvoir la gamme de produits Olymel ;
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des comptes sous sa responsabilité (exemple : Adonis) ;
Maintenir les contacts auprès de notre clientèle actuelle ;
Saisir les opportunités de développement auprès de la clientèle actuelle ou potentielle ;
Développer et renforcer les relations d'affaires avec les clients, afin de connaître et de comprendre leurs orientations stratégiques ;
Effectuer des revues d'affaire mensuelles ou trimestrielle, faire le suivi de la performance et mettre en place des plans d'actions pour augmenter les ventes ;
Négocier des ententes avec les clients dans le but d'augmenter la profitabilité ;
Être responsable de la performance des catégories et des produits pour chacun des clients en fonction des résultats attendus et des stratégies adoptées.
Vos atouts :
La représentante ou le représentant développement des affaires, détient les qualifications suivantes :
Posséder un BAC en administration des affaires ou autre formation jugée équivalente ;
Avoir 3 ans d'expérience minimum en vente au détail (milieu agroalimentaire atout) ;
Être agile en informatique, connaitre la suite Office, Power Bi (Atout) et As/400 ou SAP (atout) ;
Être bilingue (français/anglais) autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
