Relevant du chef pressier et du superviseur de production, le titulaire participe aux mises en train, à l'alimentation et au suivi de la production des machines. Il est responsable de s'assurer de la conformité et du niveau de qualité de la fabrication des sacs et du bon fonctionnement de la machine. Il voit également à l'entretien prévention de base mécanique des équipements qu'il utilise.//odf6TKvaM5sResponsabilités
Participer à l'opération des machines en production;
Soutenir dans leurs tâches les pressiers et chefs pressiers;
Prendre les actions nécessaires pour réduire le niveau de gâche (waste);
Faire les vérifications nécessaires pour maintenir le niveau de qualité;
Adopter un rythme de travail adapté au niveau de productivité;
Coordonner ses actions avec les autres membres de l'équipe;
Participer aux mises en train;
Aviser le pressier, le chef pressier et le superviseur de toutes non-conformités;
Suivre les spécifications de l'enveloppe de production;
Alimenter la machine en fournitures;
Ramasser les sacs;
S'assurer que son poste de travail est propre à chaque changement de projet;
Nettoyer les systèmes encreurs de la machine, l'unité de fabrication, passer le balai à son poste de travail, changer les cartons requis sur la presse;
Maintenir les aires de travail propres en tout temps.
