Rôle
Le ou la Superviseur(e) SST travaille de concert avec le préventionniste, le directeur d'usine et les superviseurs. Il doit assurer le respect de l'application des procédures de cadenassage tout en effectuant, de façon harmonisée, différentes tâches reliées à la gestion des ressources humaines ainsi qu'à la santé et sécurité au sein de l'usine de St-Just-de-Bretenières.
Responsabilités
Travailler en équipe et favoriser les bonnes relations interpersonnelles;
Faciliter la prévention et la résolution de problèmes;
Organiser les besoins en fonction des priorités;
Assurer une harmonisation des pratiques et des outils dans les différents sites;
S'assurer de la conformité des processus établis en santé et sécurité.
Tâches
Accueillir les nouveaux travailleurs en collaboration avec le directeur d'usine;
S'assurer que les employés reçoivent la formation et l'information adéquates afin d'effectuer leur travail de manière sécuritaire;
Mettre à jour les programmes de prévention et les plans de mesures d'urgences en collaboration avec l'équipe;
Réaliser des enquêtes et des analyses rigoureuses en prévention et lors de la survenance d'un événement SST;
Réaliser des inspections, des recommandations et assurer le respect des politiques SST en place;
Participe à l'élaboration et à la mise en place de certaines procédures SST;
Anime et/ou participe aux réunions et des activités du comité SST;
Plusieurs autres tâches connexes
Compétences requises
Expérience de travail pertinente ou formation dans un domaine lié à la SST;
Formation complémentaire donnée sur place;
Connaissance de la suite Office;
Etre autonome et avoir un bon esprit d'analyse;
Possède un niveau d'anglais fonctionnel;
Leadership : prédisposition à influencer, mobiliser et éventuellement former les différentes équipes;
Rigueur et intégrité : prédisposition à suivre et respecter systématiquement les règles ou façons de faire de façon honnête.
