Sous la direction du Chef, Laboratoire analytique, l'analyste participe aux activités de développement et validation de méthodes analytiques, au transfert de méthodes, à la caractérisation de produits pharmaceutiques (matières premières et produits finis) et à la quantification de résidus dans les équipements de fabrication.
Required qualities :
Excellente connaissance des cGMP FDA et Santé-Canada;
Excellente connaissance des Monographies USP et EP;
Excellente maîtrise des techniques analytiques et instrumentales (ex.: HPLC, GC, LC-MS);
Chimie préparatoire et bonne connaissance des méthodes ICP-MS, HPCE, AA;
Curieux et consciencieux;
Capable de travailler sur plusieurs projets en même temps;
Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Expérience dans l'amélioration continue et la gestion de la qualité totale;
Orienté conformité et qualité totale;
Orienté sécurité sur les lieux de travail;
Aptitude à identifier les problèmes et proposer des solutions de façon proactive;
Capable de travailler dans des conditions de stress;
Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse;
Démontre de l'initiative;
Respectueux de la confidentialité dans tous les aspects de son travail;
Fait preuve de tact et de diplomatie;
Capable de travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution;
